This is an additional account to the main account Filipović Zoran, which is primarily open on the Serbian Wikipedia, where it is allowed. I created the global.js page. I used the Global SUL tool, which created user pages on wiki projects. I am not a spammer or a bot. I am not abusing the wiki. I contribute. I do not harm Wikipedia. I didn't do anything more than what a bot that opens accounts on related wiki projects does, and on my own talk page I left a note that I am an additional account of the main account. Every editor can have their own page on every wiki project and not have a single change, when a bot does that the number of changes is not a problem and on most wikis that number is zero, and that's for a large number of editors for whom the bot opened the page. These are the open talk pages on my user card on related wiki projects where I left the following note (which I did primarily to avoid repeated confusion):

The rules and guidelines allow each editor to create a talk page on their user card on each language wikipedia and related wiki projects, which I did; the text that I published serves not to cast doubt on my sincere intentions to edit wikipedia, as well as not to repeatedly ask the same questions to which I am obliged to give the same answer as here. Please tell about your alternative accounts on your Meta page, avoiding the need to edit in user space on a project you don't seem to be aware you are on (you repeatedly talk about Wikipedia).
