Vega Baja



Vega Baja is a town and municipality of Puerto Rico along the island's Atlantic coast famous for its music and beaches.

Vega Baja has an area of 55.71 sq mi (144.3 km2) divided into 14 barrios, including the barrio referred to as Pueblo with the municipal buildings, a Roman Catholic church, and a main recreational plaza.

    You can drive around the pueblo or park your car and walk around the square and into the plaza. The Spanish law, which regulated life in Puerto Rico in the early 19th century, stated the plaza's purpose was for celebrations and festivities.
