Main parts include the Sághegyi Landscape Protection Area and Kőszegi Landscape Protection Area. The main nature conservation areas are Jeli Arboretum, Kámon Arboretum, Sárvár arboretum, Szelestei arboretum, Körmend castle garden (Körmend Castle Park Nature Conservation Area), Kőszeg Sphagnum Wetland Conservation Area, and Nemesmedves Historic Site.
