Hello Scip.! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.

If you are a Wikipedian then you may notice some differences in policies and the style of our articles. These include:

It may also be very useful for you to check out Wikivoyage:Welcome, Wikipedians. If you need help, take a look at Wikivoyage:Help, or else post a message in the travellers' pub or on my talk page. Thanks for contributing!

I reverted your changes to Milan because conversation about the banners is (supposed to be) ongoing at Talk:Milan#Page banner. Feel free to post there to support the proposed banner. Thanks, ARR8 (talk) 16:06, 8 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

One other note: you'll find that on here, as compared to Wikipedia, it is possible for old and dormant discussions to be rekindled by passing editors. So, don't worry if that talk section seems inactive. ARR8 (talk) 16:15, 8 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Why?

[edit]

Your edit summary didn't explain why you removed an interesting thumbnail. So why did you do that?

Best,

Hello Ikan Kekek. Milan is full of world heritage sites and this guy put that boring golden thing on every Wikivoyage page, as if a gold painted house is the main attraction in Milan. Thank you Scip. (talk) 09:59, 20 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
OK, understood, but the skyline picture is tiny on my computer. It's a nice picture, but I feel like the thumbnail should be enlarged quite a lot. Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:45, 23 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
