Hello, welcome to Wikivoyage, and please read welcome, business owners and don't tout. It is perfectly fine for you to list your Spanish school in the Guanajuato guide, but as sincere as your first effort at a listing was, its style was that of a brochure, not a travel guide.

If you have any questions after you've read the links I gave you, please ask below, signing the end of your post with 4 tildes in a row.

All the best,

Hi - thank you for the advice and the links. Before I post the revised listing, would you review it and let me know if it is acceptable?

Many thanks, Sue Morgan

La Hacienda Spanish School. A small, friendly and intimate language school based in an old hacienda. Offers group, private, trimester, specialized (law, medical, etc.) and online Spanish courses. Classes range from beginner to advanced; the teachers adapt to learners’ styles and meet the students right where they are in their abilities and interest. A comfortable, supportive learning environment. Can arrange homestays and other accommodation.

Yes, much better. One small thing: When you put up the listing, don't include the name of the school in the description. But you're very much on the right track.
All the best,
