I was doing edits per my friend's guidance on my hometown's status in this platform. I didn't write anything in political terms nor I didn't mention Caucasus as a country, rather a region. I can't understand what seems to be the problem here, officer :)

Ok, got it. But there are two problems: first, regional divisions aren't changed unilaterally on this site, and second, you linked to a multi-country region, not a region within Turkey. I think the best approach you could take would be to start a discussion on the talk page of the article for the Turkish region that you'd like to at least partly divide into a Caucasus (Turkey) region. Or make whatever other proposal you'd like to make on that talk page.
