Hello Crow Canyon! Welcome to Wikivoyage.
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.
If you are a Wikipedian then you may notice some differences in policies and the style of our articles. These include:
- NPOV → be fair (not quite the same thing!)
- be bold → plunge forward
- Village pump → travellers' pub
- External links → We do not use a separate external links section, but incorporate primary links only into the text itself.
- sandbox → graffiti wall
- stub tagging → Article status
It may also be very useful for you to check out Wikivoyage:Welcome, Wikipedians. If you need help, take a look at Wikivoyage:Help, or else post a message in the travellers' pub or on my talk page. Thanks for contributing!
I'm glad to have you here and appreciate your efforts to publicize the Crow Canyon Archaeological Center, which seems interesting and which our readers should know about. Unfortunately, the article you copied verbatim from Wikipedia had to be deleted, both because that kind of wholesale copying violates this site's copyleft policy and Wikipedia's Creative Commons Copyleft and because Wikivoyage does not have full articles about attractions, with very few exceptions for particularly large attractions that are outside of any city, town or village that could instead have a section about them (Angkor Wat is an example) or that could be whole cities in themselves (for example Disney World). Please see Wikivoyage:What is an article.
I also question whether Crow Canyon Archaeological Center should be an "Other destination" in Southwestern Colorado. Instead, since you're near Cortez, why not list in the article for that town?
All the best,

- I put an embryonic listing in Cortez. Please Wiki-listify it with a listing template, adding a street address and/or geo coordinates (longitude/latitude), hours, admission prices, and your URL.
- Let us know if we can help you in any way.
- All the best,
