Roman Terry's Bio

Raised in South Pasadena, California, Roman has traveled to over 60 countries and counting, as well as having backed-packed around the world by the age of 14. The Terry's started their international exotic arts import business, Unique Imports International in the mid-70's and by the time they closed in 1989 they had become the largest importers of rare museum quality African Tribal Art on the U.S. West Coast, as well as filling orders from special high-end clients, to acquire one of a kind pieces from 3rd world and war torn nations where it was critical to preserve a cultures history & heritage.


Roman used his vast travel experience and founded the global online travel resource, Get A Trip.com. He presides over Get A TripTM today as their Chief Executive Officer. In addition he has been active in developing the Get A Trip Travel Group Consortium, a co-op of smaller travel companies and travel blogs that pull their assets & resources in order to compete with the larger travel giants. Travel Website SchoolTM will be opening up sometime within the next year. This came about from Roman's LinkedIn group, Get A Trip Travel Website Group, which closed its doors in the Fall of 2013 and was nearly one thousand travel company owners that met regularly to discuss travel search engine optimization, development and marketing issues inherent of the travel industry. With a Masters Degree equivalent, Roman continues his road scholar approach to higher education to receive the PhD. Mr. Terry currently lives with his family in Southern California and is an active editor of Wikipedia and WikiHow. He also writes screenplays and is a published author. Roman is most passionate about creating new projects, research & development, going green, science, marine biology, health, astronomy, quantum physics, art, dance and music. His underwater photography has captured some of the most rare aquatic life. Besides scuba diving, surfing and kayaking, he is most fond of being a dad.
