Merge with Port Moresby#By plane
[edit]Realistically too small of an airport to merit its own article. The only people who are going to use this airport are those transiting from somewhere like Australia or Melanesia and onwards to somewhere in regional PNG, such as Kokoda or Lae. --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta) 09:02, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
- agreed, per WV:Airport Expedition; this is no Schiphol or Frankfurt, not the kind of aerodrome where you might hang around. Ibaman (talk) 22:40, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
- Support merger per nomination and also the fact it only served 1.4 million passengers in 2015. Unrelated, but it annoys me that everyone who creates a new airport article ignores the note at the top of the article template asking them to add it to the Airport articles list.--ThunderingTyphoons! - Support since it's unlike to be a significant hub airport. The dog2 (talk) 21:04, 28 February 2023 (UTC)
- User:Sgroey, do you want to make an argument for this article, before it's merged and redirected to Port Moresby#By plane? Ikan Kekek (talk) 07:37, 18 July 2023 (UTC)
- Merged and redirected. An international airport with only 4 international gates is never likely to need a separate Wikivoyage article. Ikan Kekek (talk) 00:58, 20 July 2023 (UTC)
