The '''Great Western Highway''', which begins in [[Sydney]] at Penrith and ends at [[Bathurst (New South Wales)|Bathurst]], passes through Medlow Bath.

Blue Mountains trains from Sydney stop at Medlow Bath station hourly or more often during the day. Western trains run from [[Mount Victoria]] once an hour and from [[Lithgow]] once every two hours.
