Dharampur is 30 km east of Valsad on Valsad - Nasik highway. It is old town in the forest region and is worth visiting for the temples and Natural beauty. Usually best time to visit is between September to March.

Get in

There are buses every half an hour from Valsad. If you are planning to do the South Gujarat by hiring taxi it is just 30min drive from Valsad.

Get around

Rickshaws are available from the Bus Stand.

Lakshmi temple, Shiv Temple of Barumal, Jalaram Temple of Faladhra and Wilson Hill.

  • Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram (Shrimad Rajchandra Mission, Dharampur). A religious adobe spread over an area of 223 acres. Founded by followers of Shrimad Rajchandra, a Jain philosopher and poet.

There is a Monday weekly market, when lot of traders display their wares, dresses, cutleries, earthenwares etc at very competitive prices.
