Dan, banner shouldn't be managed with a separate template. It should be inserted inside Quickbar jointly with a description, otherwise will be picked up automatically. Please check all the articles that now has the QuickbarCountry, because during the migration I've noticed that previously the Mall:Landsfakta has been wrongly applied on regions instead of countries, and thos articles must be manually corrected.
