English: This is the Great Seal of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I created the image from the following description, which is found on the page Flag of Pittsburgh:

The great seal is a circle bearing in its center the arms and the crest of the City and upon its periphery a belt or band of Roman capital letters forming the legend "The Seal of the City of Pittsburgh, 1816, Benigno Numine" (Code of Ordinances, City of Pittsburgh, Title I, Article I, Chapter 103,[2] Section 2).

The font used is "Day Roman", a freeware font. The image of the city coat of arms that I used is Coat of arms of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.svg.
