You might want to check with Evan that the current LanguageEn is indeed the latest as it seems to date from 5 Feb 2004, ie. before the MediaWiki upgrades.

Also, LanguageJa.php (the Wikipedia version) imports a "LanguageUtf8.php", is this a standard MediaWiki file? I'm expecting quite a few bugs to crawl out of the woodwork when the first non-Latin Wikivoyage version is launched. (WT-en) Jpatokal 02:24, 31 Mar 2005 (EST)

I see that "LanguageUtf8.php" is included in Project:LanguageRo.php. It seems that all the other non-English language versions are from a base file which is different from both Project:LanguageJa.php and Project:LanguageEn.php. I was just trying to think of other translation stuff that isn't in the language file. The "site name" is set in a configuration file.
