Welcome to the tourist office The Wikivoyage tourist office is a place where you can ask travel-related questions about any place in the world. Wikivoyage volunteers will do their best to find the relevant information (or just reply off the top of their expert heads) and reply to you. Before you ask your question here, be sure to search our travel guide for the destination or topic you're considering. Many questions are already answered within our guides! In addition, some of our destinations have docents who have volunteered to answer questions about specific places. If neither of those avenues bear fruit, then please ask away! This page is for travel-related questions only. Information on how to contribute to Wikivoyage is at Help:Contents, while questions about Wikivoyage itself may be posed at the Pub. Queries regarding general information on non-travel topics may be made at Wikipedia's Reference desk; some topics tangentially related to travel include:
Please note that we can not guarantee a response and can not be held liable for incorrect or outdated information. Answered questions will be moved to the Archives after two weeks of inactivity. Want a faster answer? How can I get my question answered?

Nombre habitants Suede
[edit]It says, in the texte about la Suede that the country has 100.000 inhabitants.
wrong, there are 10.000 000. (ten million) 95.193.206.120 13:06, 29 July 2025 (UTC)
- I have no idea which Wikivoyage's article you're referring to (English, French, or perhaps Spanish?) but in the time it took you to post this, you could have easily edited a number in an article and typed an edit summary. Ikan Kekek (talk) 14:30, 29 July 2025 (UTC)
- That would be French. French Wikivoyage erroneously lists Sweden's inhabitants as 100.000. I'll go ahead and make the edit. ― Wauteurz (talk) 14:47, 29 July 2025 (UTC)
Public transport ticket in Paris
[edit]Hello,
I will be visiting Paris soon. I am trying to understand which ticket(s) for public transport would be the most price effective. I will be visitig for 4 days. I will be geting around mainly by metro (subway). I will arrive on 1st day to Paris Est and leave on 4th day from Paris Gare de Lyon. On 2nd day I want to visit Versailles, otherwise I will be only in the city center and accomodastion (station Porte de Saint-Ouen). Which ticket would be the best for me? I was thinking about consecutive One-day Navigo travel card tickets or Weekly Navigo travel passes ticket, but I am not sure about zones and if it is the most cost effective? And is there some discount for EU students. Maybe I am too anxious and would be able to sort it out when I get there, but I don´t know french.
Thank you very much. 93.99.226.215 23:52, 30 July 2025 (UTC)
