West Memphis has many attractions such as the Southland Race track. Which you can witness Greyhound Racing. In West Memphis is the Tom Sawyer Mississippi R.V. Park, where you can camp beside the Mississippi River. The city has a race track for dirt cars which has been operating for more than sixty one years.

West Memphis has many mini malls and has local big-box stores like Kroger and Wal Mart.

There are numerous large truck stops along the two major interstates which converge at West Memphis. Many of the truck stops have gift shops.

West Memphis has local buffets where you eat at a fair price. Margarita's Mexican restaurant has food at a fair price, and has entertainment on Fridays. For more Mexican food, also try Poncho's.
