Hello KATEL21! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.

If you are a Wikipedian, then you may notice some differences in policies and the style of our articles. These include:

It may also be very useful for you to check out Wikivoyage:Welcome, Wikipedians. If you need help, take a look at Wikivoyage:Help, or else post a message in the Wikivoyage:Travellers' pub, as a reply below or on my talk page. Thanks for contributing!

However, please read what not to link to. The link you inserted in the High Atlas article is inadmissible on this site. If there's information you'd like readers to know about, summarize it on this site, as long as you're not violating copyright. I would be remiss if I didn't alert you to the fact that repeatedly adding this kind of link will cause us to temporarily block your editing privileges. Sorry for the less than fully friendly welcome, but do add more information interesting to travelers. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 04:10, 14 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

And here's your official touting warning, which applies to your user page, too:
Hello, KATEL21! Thank you for contributing to Wikivoyage, but please note that one or more of your recent edits has been reverted as it appeared to be an attempt to use this site to advertise or promote a business or service. Wikivoyage is created by travellers for travellers, and while business owners and employees are welcome to contribute, use of this site for promotional purposes is not allowed.
If you feel that your edits were incorrectly identified as promotional, please read Wikivoyage's guidelines on identifying promotional edits. If, after reading that guideline, you still feel your edits were incorrectly removed, please use this talk page or the talk page of the article where your edit was removed to explain why your change was not promotional. Note that it is very important that you discuss your proposed change before re-adding it since repeated promotional edits can lead to a temporary block of your account's ability to edit Wikivoyage, and in serious cases the business in question may be blacklisted from Wikivoyage.
Please heed these warnings. We will have to block your posting privileges if there's a next time. Ikan Kekek (talk) 03:18, 15 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
