If possible, could you redirect the river articles you have created to the appropriate region that contains the river (example: an article on the Snake River might redirect to the Pacific Northwest. I've corrected the format of telephone numbers in your listings (except for the ones where the number and contact info is missing entirely - those need to be completed). A Canadian or US number should be written as +1 417-959-9999 and not just 417-959-9999; the leading +1 is needed when calling internationally. See Wikivoyage:Phone numbers.
