Disambiguation pages[edit]

Hey, 125 (you don't mind it if I call you that, do you?) I wouldn't put too much work into building comprehensive all-possible-variations disambiguation pages for something like North. The purpose of these pages is to provide a place to "catch" people following links that haven't been fixed yet, and the chances of someone accidentally linking to North when they meant Central North Island are pretty slim. - (WT-en) Todd VerBeek 18:13, 22 July 2006 (EDT)

Editing Talk pages[edit]

It is inappropriate to edit other people's comments on Talk pages. It doesn't matter if you're doing it to keep links "correct" in old conversations (which, I might add, is a rather obsessive thing to bother doing)... messing with what other people "say" online is just plain rude.
