I removed the link to http://www.findlocalguide.net/ because that kind of external link is expressly discouraged by our external links policy. Now on second look, I think perhaps the picture should be removed as well because that website (from which it was taken) doesn't specify whether that particular picture is licensed as GNU or Sharealike 1.0. If it is GNU, it's a no-no. Do you have any more specific info on the licensing of that picture, as to which one it is? This may be the same picture Todd was referring to above.
