When Business owners start doing mass additions over several articles, we have every expectation that our guidelines are followed, and that the listings adhere to a minimum standard of what information is provided in the listings - otherwise we simply consider it spamming.

I also think it's quite reasonable to expect that a high-end business like yours, is able to add listings that follows correct capitalization and contain whole meaningful sentences.
