To see and edit exchange rates go to User:Traveler100/sandbox-exrate-list

To display a monetary value and see in other currencies {{User:Traveler100/USD|2}} will give you : $2

To show exchange rate use using {{User:Traveler100/sandbox-exrate|1|USD|XXX}} will give you rate file doesn't exist, meaning error.
