To go to your City page:

Replace the 'Type City Name Here' text up in the location bar of your browser with the name of your city to go to your city page. Use correct propernoun case and write the name the way it should be in English.

Do not remove the /en/ from the URL (it points to the English language version of Wikivoyage) unless you intent to read in another language.

The URL should look like this:

http://wikivoyage/en/City Name

(where 'City Name' is the name of your city)
