There seems to be no set route. I've updated the OpenStreetMap route to be quite close to the only complete route I could find online. This doesn't deviate much from the current route described. Some information on the E10 trail in Finland, as an aside: https://www.era-ewv-ferp.org/e-paths-e6-and-e10-in-finland/ (doesn't look like there is an E6 or E10 trail anymore).

Yes. It's sad. Some municipalities along the route seem to have shown little interest, leading to no maintenance and forestry that destroys the trail and the views from it. I assume that this has frustrated Suomen Latu – the problem may be the same in several regions. E6 leads from Kilpisjärvi southward – that's only a dozen kilometres on Finnish soil, maintained by Metsähallitus so nothing should change on the ground there, it just isn't official any more.

Anyway, I tried to tell, in the lead, Understand and Prepare, that there isn't an official route, other than at some of the legs. I will tweak the wordings on the E10, though.
