Richard, if you would like to propose a full districting scheme for Brisbane, I am sure it will be welcomed. That should be discussed at Talk:Brisbane. Brisbane does not yet have the content - and maybe never will - to justify huge city status. There is plenty of room for this info in the Brisbane article. This article by itself probably does not qualify under wiaa --(WT-en) inas 05:13, 10 February 2010 (EST)
