Is this a rogue region?
[edit]The Lesser_Poland article does not have this as a sub region, and Lesser Poland Lowland redirects to here. (Therefore is is upland and lowland all at the same time)
Do we have some region shenanigans in Poland? :) Andrewssi2 (talk) 02:26, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- Ping User:PrinceGloria for the Polish perspective. Andrewssi2 (talk) 02:27, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- I don't know what is a rogue region, but we certainly don't need geographic subdivisions at this level since we go by voivodships. I'd say nix this, nobody is going to look for "Lesser Poland Upland". PrinceGloria (talk) 04:53, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- I agree (if you look for a second Polish opinion ;)) Jjtkk (talk) 05:48, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- The more Polish opinions the better :)
- So... do we just delete this and the redirect? I don't see that there is anything to merge into Lesser Poland right? Andrewssi2 (talk) 09:41, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- I'd say yes. There's also a rather slow discussion on region structure at Talk:Małopolskie, it needs more input. Jjtkk (talk) 14:22, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- Actually the main problem is that, about an hour before Andrewssi2 started this conversation, User:Alan ffm moved this from Lesser Poland Lowland, which is a listed subregion of Małopolskie to Lesser Poland Upland, which is not. None of the breadcrumbs of the destinations under were fixed either. I am moving it back, pending the outcome of the discussion at Talk:Małopolskie. Texugo (talk) 18:00, 23 April 2014 (UTC)
Actually - can we do away with this region for now? It's been months and nobody put any content in it. If we need a link farm, we can farm them out in Małopolskie. If suddenly lotsa content appears there, we can then discuss splitting. PrinceGloria (talk) 04:40, 27 August 2014 (UTC)
