It certainly doesn't, and I've been discussing that at User talk:Waypoint47 and made some edits to Culpeper/Downtown preparatory to merging and redirecting, which is kind of too difficult from a cellphone. in some form as the pagebanner on this page? It doesn't look at all like a pagebanner at this point. Neither is the current "pagebanner",
