That's not the point, as I made clear in the pub. Nagorno-Karabakh has de facto control over its territory and you'd need their permits and visas to get there. For Antarctic claims the situation seems to be a bit more complicated. If I read the Antarctica article correctly, you'll basically have to deal with each base individually...
