Notes:	SHB: creating a filter that tracks anybody manually adding categories to namespace article (partly based on an enwiki filter but after some modifications, it works here). Often most editors who do this are misguided newbies and I'm hoping this makes it easier to identify such edits. I'm thinking we also give a custom warning to users to let them know that we generally don't use categories manually on enwikivoyage and to direct them to using the IsPartOf template. Thoughts? IK: I said that it seemed like a good idea but would like to know what the warning says, but I guess I didn't save it? SHB: Yeah, it might not have been saved. I'm thinking the proposed warning should say: "Hello, it appears you have tried to add a category manually. You may still proceed to save your edit, but note that the English Wikivoyage handles categories through the {{IsPartOf}} template (or {{PartOfTopic}} for topic articles and {{PartOfItinerary}} for itineraries). See Wikivoyage's policy on [[Wikivoyage:Breadcrumb navigation\|breadcrumb navigation]] for more information and feel free to request further help on either the [[Wikivoyage:Arrivals lounge\|arrivals lounge]] or the [[Wikivoyage:Travellers' pub\|travellers' pub]]." If we include the preceding brackets, we allow adding categories as see-also bullets etc. (where there is a colon after the leading brackets). Although we usually avoid that, I don't think we need to warn people trying to. Also, if we want to warn, we probably shouldn't warn people just tweaking or correcting the category link, so we should add a removed_lines criterium. If we're setting this to warn, should it be tweaked so it's only shown for users with fewer than say, 500 local edits? SHB: I think you accidentally removed my comment, LP? Yes, so it seems. Sorry.
