English: Watford Locomotive Depot.
View northward from a platform at Watford Junction Station. This relatively minor Depot (coded 1C in the Willesden District of the LMS/LMR) had an allocation of 29 in 1950, devoted to local passenger and freight work, comprising:- 1 4-4-0, 6 0-8-0s, 2 0-6-0s, 12 2-6-4Ts, 5 2-6-2Ts, 1 0-6-0T and 2 0-4-4Ts. The Depot was closed on 29/3/65. Prominent in the photograph are 0-8-0 No. 49078 and 0-6-0 No. 44443.
