Summary
| Description | I asked my friendly hotel where I could find the beca (pedicab) stand. Finding my way there, after taking one picture, I decided to take another slightly closer shot. This is were one of the beca drivers, an old Chinese chap, came forward and invited me to ride his trike. I noticed that some becas have a canopy for shade, while others sported a large parasol. (umbrella). That allowed for a more open and a better panoramic view of the surroundings. The beca this man owned, and which eventually rode, is the one with the red parasol which you see down the line in the previous picture. (Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia, Nov. 2013) |
