English: Exterior of the Arts House, Singapore, during blue hour on August 18, 2023. The Arts House (formerly the Old Parliament House) opened on 26 March 2004 as an arts and heritage centre. Built in 1827, the Old Parliament House is the oldest government building in Singapore.
