Description
English: This the second oldest of Regina's buildings once housed the offices of the entire public service of the Northwest Territories. Imagine! The subdued Second Empire architectural features were nonetheless ornate for the city when it was constructed 1890-1891. It has served as a training centre for immigrants and was operated by the Salvation Army for a time before being restored by the province in 1979.
