The tamboutsa is a sieve with a skin stretched over one end. Used as a rhythmic instrument in Cyprus, it is played with both hands or two small sticks, while resting erect on the thigh of the seated player.
ΤΑΜΠΟΥΤΣΑ Είναι ένα κόσκινο (με δέρμα χωρίς τρύπες) που χρησιμοποιείται ως ρυθμικό όργανο στην Κύπρο. Παίζεται με τα δύο χέρια ή με δύο μικρά ξύλα, ακουμπισμένη όρθα στον μηρό του καθισμένου παίχτη.
