Norwegian law does not provide commercial freedom of panorama for non-architecture if an artwork is the main subject. The artist, w:en:Fritz Røed, died in 2002, still within the 70 years posthumous copyright term. Note that the English Wikipedia image, w:File:Sverd-i-fjell.jpg, is under fair use tag.
