Deutsch: In der Hagleite in Kulmbach gibt es an Karfreitag, Buß- und Bettag und Aschermittwoch Stockfisch nach altkulmbacher Art. Der Stockfisch wird in kleinen Stücken mit Zwiebeln und gerösteten Brötchenscheiben in der Pfanne angebraten, als Beilage gibt es, separat serviert, ein Erbsenmus.
English: In the restaurant Hagleite in Kulmbach there on Good Friday , Day of Repentance and Ash Wednesday stockfish altkulmbacher kind. The cod is fried in small pieces with onion and roasted bread slices in the pan. A side dish, served separately is mushy peas.
