Description Woodall Rodgers Freeway (SH 366) in Dallas, Texas (USA). Facing south-southwest from Harwood Street towards downtown, with the angular Fountain Place dominating the view. Oncoming traffic is travelling northeast towards Central Expressway (US 75) and I-345. Passing traffic is travelling southwest towards I-35E.
