Summary

Description Here on the banks of the Sepik River in the lowlands of Papua New Guinea, the staple food is Sago Flour, made by pulverizing the pith of Sago Palms. Baked as a sort of pancake, it is a major food item which tastes-- well, it doesn't have much taste at all. A touch of wood smoke.
