Description
English: Society of the Divine Word Mission House, Qingdao, China, 1902. This is a rephotograph. Original photograph owned by the Diocese of Qingdao, and located in the church office of St. Michael's Cathedral, Qingdao. The priests at St. Michael's Cathedral reported that this photo was taken after the building was completed in 1902. The building was the headquarters of the Society of the Divine Word, and served several purposes, including hall, church and residence of the mission.
