Parque de España (Park of Spain) in Rosario, Argentina. This is actually a complex (consisting of a park, a riverside promenade, a private school, places for art exhibitions and conferences, etc.) is located near the historical center of Rosario, by the Paraná River. This view shows the park and the river from the stairs that lead to the top of the cultural center.
