Per COM:Peru#GOVERNMENT this image is in the public domain because the document is of mandatory compliance after being enacted in Ministerial Resolutions No. 413-93-TCC (15.01), No. 210-2000-MTC (15.02), Directoral Resolution No. 16-2016-MTC (14) and related.
