Description	日本語: 日本国青森県弘前市岩木フジ。袋掛けし、出荷前に袋を取って色付けする。地面に反射シートを敷き、満遍なく日光に当てることで色が鮮やかになる。袋掛けをしないサンフジは色がやや濃い目だが、フジ（袋掛けあり）は色が美しく、贈答用として一般的。サンフジほど糖度は高くはないが、日持ちはサンフジよりもフジの方が良い。市場に一般的に出回る主力品種はこのフジ。
