Summary
DescriptionLiterature Yau for Ocean 1.jpg | English: This photo was the first one in a photography porfolio series, whose photos were made by myself, which described a small pendant hung in front of the neck bought from online Chinese-market Taobao smartphone-platform. It was hand-made by one unknown fork jade-sculptor, of which the material was born as Xiuyan jade - one 'hometown' of the great-creditable stone make-up original material place in the Liao Ning province of Northeast of China (Wikipedia introduction:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liaoning). How valuable, how price, and what those things above, to be honest, weren't the focused points I should pay more attentions. However, in my field, my point of observation from education was about its imagery but its documentary recording from my book beside - its literature and some possible meanings. It was almost about a type of fish flying above Clouds-waves, with its head happily raised up towards left top. Meanwhile, its life situation - lotus root and a Ruyi (Wikipedia Introduction: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruyi_(scepter); Indeed, in my mind, it wasn't merely and quite as one type of magical tool wishing the good luck in Buddhism, but as one fork-custom prayer tool for the peacefulness of the life and future in local) shined by a sunny background. Do we have traditional Chinese references having recorded this imaginational (or used-being) imagery deeply rooted in Eastern people's unconsciousness and creative origin from old time? Yes, We can also turn to the book <Classic of Mountains and Seas (Coloured Photographic Demonstration)> for helps(Wikipedia Introduction: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classic_of_Mountains_and_Seas).Possible referenced creatures-recording: ‘文鰩魚’- Literature Yau Fish: Sentences: '是多文鳐鱼,状如鲤鱼,鱼身而鸟翼,苍文而白手赤喙,常行西海,游于东海,以夜飞。其音如鸾鸡,其味酸甘,食之已狂,见则天下大穰' (Translation: ... Here, in the water (of 'Watching carefully' River'), there were many Literature Yau Fish, with their bodies like carps' (Wikipedia Introduction: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carp). They had birds' wings, grey body-textures, white head and red bird-beaks. Usually, they acted from West Ocean, but wandering & swimming in East Ocean. In the night, they usually flight to the sky. Their voice was like Phoenix-cock (one type of phoenix who had the third gender... Why? It's another story could be taught in the future). Its meat tasted in a way sweet merging from sour. After a bite, the Mania (Wikipedia Introduction: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mania) can be cured. After the moment people can see its appearance, the world can have a big harvest). Analysis: all as translations above, lotus root and a Ruyi were quite about the scene of a big harvest in fruits and minds. Literature-blooming was its representation with intelligent lights transparently from the background, which was as from the water of unconsciousness as guides from words to material reality. This situation of the happiness, as a good wish, needs people to cherish and enjoy, ... (Referenced from: Xiang, L. Xin, L. (in Han dynasty), Lv, S.
