Description
English: The construction of the two-lane "cycle track" on either side of Linwood Avenue was facilitated by the "Complete Streets" program ratified by the Buffalo Common Council in 2008, which mandated that equal consideration be given to bicyclists, pedestrians, and users of public transportation when resurfacing city streets.
