Description
English: I Gesuiti, Venice Counter-façade - Monuments to Da Lezze's familly by Jacopo Sansovino. This monument already existed in the old church of Crosechieri and was rebuilt by the Jesuits on the site of origin. It is the result of two orders, four and eight columns respectively, on the busts of the sarcophagi: Priam De Lezze (center, bust of A. Vittoria), Andrea De Lezze (on the left, G. del Moro's work) Giovanni Da Lezze (on the right, also from Moro G.). It is chronologically the first example of a monument erected to celebrate a patrician family in Venice.

Ce monument existait déjà dans l'ancienne église de Crosechieri et fut reconstruite par les jésuites sur le site d'origine. Il résulte de deux commandes, respectivement 4 et 8 colonnes, présente sur les bustes des sarcophages de: Priam De Lezze (au centre, buste d'Alessandro Vittoria), Andrea De Lezze (à gauche, le travail de G. del Moro) et Giovanni Da Lezze (à droite, également de Moro G.). C'est chronologiquement le premier exemple d'un monument érigé pour célébrer une famille patricienne dans Venise.
Italiano: Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta detta I Gesuiti La controfacciata - Il monumento dei Da Lezze di Jacopo Sansovino. Questo monumento era già esistente nella precedente chiesa dei Crosechieri e venne riedificato dai Gesuiti sul sito originario. Realizzato su due ordini, rispettivamente di 4 e 8 colonne, presenta sui sarcofagi i busti di: Priamo Da Lezze (al centro, busto di Allessandro Vittoria), di Andrea Da Lezze (a sinistra, opera di G. del Moro) e di Giovanni Da Lezze (a destra, pure opera di G. del Moro). Costituisce il primo esempio di un monumento funebre per celebrare una famiglia patrizia, in Venezia.
