Description
English: The former residence of the commander of Karafuto guard units in Toyohara (nowdays Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia). Built in 1908. Later used by the Karafuto Museum. After moving of the museum to the new premises, the building was used by the Japanese military police. The oldest building in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Military Court is located in the building nowdays.
Русский: Бывшая резиденция командующего охранными войсками губернаторства Карафуто в городе Тойохара (в настоящее время город Южно-Сахалинск). Построена в 1908 году. Позднее в здании размещался музей губернаторства Карафуто. После переезда музея в новое здание, здесь располагалась военная полиция. Старейшее здание Южно-Сахалинска. Сейчас в здании находится Южно-Сахалинский гарнизонный военный суд.
