Description This gilded wooden sekhem sceptre was found in the tomb of Tutankhamun The ritual sceptre is made of gilded gold, glass, wood turquoise and lapis lazuli and is inscribed with Tutankhamun’s cartouche. It was discovered in the Annex of the Tomb of Tutankhamun. Its museum catalogue number is JE61759 and was located in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, Egypt in 2019.
