English: Beth Eden was constructed in 1901 as the home of the University president. Richards, McCarty, and Bulford of Columbus were the architects. The building interior was altered in 1969 to house the Admissions offices and Financial Aid. Swasey Chapel, built in 1924, is Georgian Revival in style. The chapel was designed by Arnold Brunner of Cleveland and was the gift of Ambrose Swasey, a Cleveland benefactor. The tower is a landmark and can be seen on its hilltop location from all highway approaches to Granville.
