English: A small town about 1500 feet above Kel (2056m) in Neelum valley. It takes about 1.5 - 2 hours to get their while trekking. No roads leading to this town, which comprises of about 40-50 family's. This picture was taken in late April 2015, still there was some snow in the process of melting. People here grow some crops (April is the starting season for seeding), fulfil their meat and milk needs by their own chicks, goats and cows. Arrang kel is surrounded by three sides by mountains and the fourth side is the descent to Kel after crossing Shounter Naala. This picture also shows lifestyle of the people their (animals, construction patterns using wood, animal shelters).
